The Inland Revenue Department would like to inform members of the public of its Tax Amnesty for Individuals and Corporations.

The Amnesty was announced in the 2008/2009 Budget Address of the Prime Minister of St.Lucia.

The Tax Amnesty offers waivers of up to 100% of penalty and up to 70% of interest, once the principal amount owed is paid in full. It will be administered over a two (2) year period.

The purpose of the TAX AMNESTY is to enable the settlement of all outstanding taxes.

The Inland Revenue Department encourages persons to take advantage of the Amnesty by coming in or calling Telephone No. 468-4700. Further information is also available at our website at www.irdstlucia.gov.lc.
